SHIPPING:
Canadian Customers: all purchases ship with tracking via Expedited Parcel with Canada Post. Please allow 5-12 business days from when the item ships for delivery. Items are shipping from Surrey, British Columbia.
USA Customers: all purchases ship with tracking via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days from when the item ships for delivery. Items are shipping from Surrey, British Columbia.
*There is no additional customs or duty fees on orders shipping to the USA.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days from the date in which you received your purchase. Please contact me as soon as possible if a return or exchange is needed.
A refund will be issued for the item once the return is received. Original shipping will not be refunded.
Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. If exchanging or re-sizing the shipping fee to mail the new item back to you is waived.
Items that have been re-sized, damaged, worn or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
